Ms. Thigpen is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Business. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Teaching at Mercer University.

Before joining Warner Robins High School, Ms. Thigpen volunteered as an American Sign Language (ASL) instructor at Joy Village School in Athens, GA. This experience fueled her passion for teaching and reinforced her commitment to creating inclusive and engaging learning environments.

As a Warner Robins High School alumna, Ms. Thigpen is excited to be back at her alma mater for her second year of teaching. She currently teaches AP Biology and Physical Science and is dedicated to making science meaningful and enjoyable for her students.

In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Ms. Thigpen serves as the head coach of the Warner Robins High School volleyball team. She values the opportunity to build leadership, teamwork, and confidence in her student-athletes.

Ms. Thigpen is looking forward to a fantastic school year filled with learning, growth, and new opportunities for all her students.
