Bio

This will be my 5th year teaching and my third here in Houston County. I previously taught for two years in Bibb County and 2 years at Northside Middle School. I currently have a Bachelor’s in Economics from Valdosta State University (2019), my Master’s of Education in Social Studies from the University of Georgia (2021), and my Educational Specialist in Secondary English Curriculum from Augusta University (2025). In my four years in the classroom, I have taught 8th Grade ELA, Gifted 9th Grade Literature, AP English Language/Composition, and Multicultural Literature. This year I'll be teaching American Government & World Geography, and will be coaching Baseball.

I grew up here in Warner Robins and matriculated through the Houston County school system, attending Parkwood Elementary, Huntington Middle and proudly graduating from Warner Robins High School (Go Demons). I’ve always had a desire to make some sort of positive effect on my community; to leave behind a good and worthwhile legacy. Right now, in my life, I feel like I’ll make the greatest impact in the classroom. It feels great to be back in Demon Country pouring into young minds and guiding them the same way that my teachers guided me.

I look forward to a great year back home where Tradition Never Graduates.
