Bio

Ms. Jones is originally from Warner Robins, Georgia. She is currently in her fourth year of teaching—having taught for two years in Bibb County and now entering her second year in Houston County, as well as her second year at the high school level. Last school year, she taught Foundations of Algebra and Algebra 1B/Geometry. This year, she is teaching Foundations of Algebra and Algebra 2. She is also proud to serve as one of the sponsors for the National Honor Society.

A proud graduate of Perry High School, Class of 2013, Ms. Jones earned her Associate of Science in Psychology from Georgia Military College. She went on to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education with concentrations in Mathematics and Science from The Fort Valley State University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction.

While attending Fort Valley State, Ms. Jones became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. (Spring 2022) and remains actively involved with the Warner Robins Graduate Chapter.

Ms. Jones is thrilled to be back home in Houston County and looks forward to another amazing school year. Go Demons!
