Bio
I started my teaching career in 2001. I have been at Warner Robins since 2008. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southwestern State University, a Master’s degree from Georgia College & State University, and a Specialist degree from Piedmont College.
I was raised in Forsyth, Georgia, and graduated from Mary Persons High School in 1983. My wife, JoAnn, is also an educator at Houston County High School. We have three children, all of whom attended schools within the Houston County School System. Our oldest son, Taylor, graduated from Warner Robins High School in 2010 and currently serves with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. He and his wife, Skylar, reside in Jefferson with their three sons, Cooper, Jackson, and Logan. Our youngest son, Chandler, graduated from Veterans High School in 2012 and is now a teacher and coach at Overachievers Academy in Thomaston. He and his wife, Sydney, have three sons, Abel, Eli and Judah. Our daughter, Madison, graduated from Warner Robins High School in 2018 and is a recent graduate of Central Georgia Technical College.
