Make Up Work

9-14-18: Make Up Work for Friday  

 

Spanish I

 

1.    This assignment is due Wednesday by the end of the school day.

           a. **Students will make a power point presentation. Each slide will have a

                   different subject pronoun in Spanish, its English meaning, and any other

                  important information like abbreviations, formal or familiar, etc. Each

                   slide will have a picture to illustrate the subject pronoun. There should be

                   an introduction slide with Subject Pronouns and the student’s entire

                   heading.

             b. Students will make a textbook page for a Spanish textbook. They will

                 show all the subject pronouns with their English meaning. They will

                 include all important information like masculine, feminine, plural,

                 singular, formal, and familiar. They will include drawings and a brief

                 explanation for each subject pronoun.

             c. **Create a concentration game for the subject pronouns online.

                     other types of games available and create it also. Email your games to

                     the teacher or email the link where I can access your game.

Spanish I

 

1.    Make up the quiz over the verb ser.

2.    Finish nouns on making nouns plural, as needed.

3.    Take notes on noun adjective agreement, the first two parts. See teacher for the fill in the blank exercise.

 

 

 

Spanish II

 

1.   5th period turned in notebooks.

2.   Open notebook quiz Thursday, and Unit 1, Part 1 Test Friday.

3.   1st period copied notes on noun-adjective agreement for nationality adjectives. See sample notebook behind the divider tab for the notes.

4.   1st period finished this choice assignment. 4th and 5th periods turned it in at the beginning of class if they did not turn it in yesterday.

Pick one only.

a. make a chart with two columns: one for Antonio and one for his twin sister, Lula. List at least 10 Spanish adjectives or phrases under EACH column to describe them based on what Antonio tells us. You must write the feminine forms of adjectives, as indicated under Lula’s column.

b.   If you have a sibling or a friend of the opposite sex, you will do the chart, as described above, with the appropriate name changes.

c. Write a Spanish paragraph in response to Antonio’s text to say what Lula is like. Please put the adjectives in the feminine form for Lula, as indicated. You must have at least 6 sentences.

5. Copy notes on noun adjective agreement, the first two parts. See teacher for exercise.

1.   Historietas will be presented tomorrow. Workbook assignment is also due.

2.   We worked on the historietas and workbook assignment.

3.   Read the cultura box on page 33.
